PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Collect
For booking, registration and operation of adventure activities, the Event Organiser may collect information such as:
- Name
- Age/date of birth, where required for eligibility
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Address, where required
- Emergency contact details
- Activity/package selected
- Booking and payment information
- Transaction/reference number
- Information necessary to establish eligibility or safety for a particular activity
Only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose should be collected.
Purpose of Using Personal Information
Personal information may be used for:
- processing and confirming bookings;
- verifying payments;
- issuing receipts, tickets or booking confirmations;
- communicating activity timings and instructions;
- maintaining participant and transaction records;
- managing safety and emergency situations;
- providing customer support;
- processing refunds where applicable;
- complying with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory requirements; and
- event administration and documentation.
Payment Information
Payments may be processed through UPI providers or other authorised payment service providers.
The Event Organiser will not intentionally request participants to provide their UPI PIN, ATM PIN, internet-banking password, card PIN or OTP to event staff.
Participants should never disclose such confidential payment credentials to any person.
Sharing of Information
Personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary for:
- authorised payment and banking services;
- booking and activity operations;
- emergency or safety requirements;
- authorised service providers assisting with event operations; or
- compliance with applicable law or lawful governmental requirements.
Personal information will not be sold or commercially disclosed to unrelated third parties.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards will be used to protect participant information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Participant information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including booking records, financial/accounting requirements, safety records and other applicable legal obligations.
Where information is no longer required and there is no legal reason to retain it, it may be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with the Event Organiser's data-retention practices.
Children and Minors
Participants below the applicable age requirement shall participate only with the consent and/or supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as required by the activity and applicable law.
Acceptance & Declaration
By making payment and/or completing the booking, the participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, including the safety requirements applicable to the selected adventure activity or package.
